Our integrated portal, the Airport View, tracks all aspects of daily operations real-time. Airport View monitors and alerts about the availability of flight, gate, equipment, crew, passengers, baggage & manpower for an on-time departure.

We have migrated an advanced Manpower Planning tool, with forecasting and optimization modules, to a web-based application and enhanced its functionalities for effective pilot planning. We have maintained and enhanced a sub-system of an integrated Crew Scheduling System, which mainly deals with Crew Training Scheduling.

In the field of layover of aircraft crews, we have developed a tool that automates the process of tracking the layover information of flight crews for optimized decision making. Our solution provides domicile supervisors and managers essential information like reservation of hotel for crew accommodation during layover, transportation of crew from airport to hotel and back, cancellation of hotel reservation, crew meal and so on.

Our Load Planning solution is a front-end to an existing UNIMATIC weight and balance application provides the following features to the load planners:

• Real time status update of the load information for all the flights departing from different stations assigned to a load planner
• Addition and removal of weights (viz, Mails, Cargo, Fuel) responsible for the load of each flight departing from different stations and thus resolving the out-of balance conditions
• Updation of planned and revised values of load distribution for each flight

Our offerings in Flight Operations and Dispatch also include processes related to Airline Safety. Drug & Alcohol Testing solution, for instance, is used for scheduling, administering, and tracking compliance with drug and alcohol policies.
